1. It is suitable for the automatic loading and unloading assembly application of essential oil dropper bottle covers in the beauty or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Three Agilebot SCARA robots, combined with automated modules, complete the loading and assembly tasks of PP end caps and rubber tips, as well as automatic unloading, with high accuracy and a cycle time (CT) of 45-50 pieces per minute.
3. It can be applied to various materials of rubber tips and different specifications of PP end caps, offering high flexibility and strong compatibility.
