1. Personal information necessary for the basic business functions of providing Agilebot services to you. If you refuse to provide the corresponding personal information, you will not be able to use Agilebot services normally; 

2. Personal information necessary for providing you with additional business functions of Agilebot  services. If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to normally use the relevant additional business functions or achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, but it will      not affect your normal use of the basic business functions of Agilebot services.

If the information you submit to us or collect through our services contains the personal information of others, you must ensure that you have legally obtained the authorization of the relevant subject. In particular, if the above personal information involves the personal information of children, you need to obtain the consent of the guardian of the corresponding child in advance.

 1. Registration and login

In order to register and log in to Agilebot Services, you will need to provide your basic registration or login information, such as your mobile number, email address, verification code match results, and create your account number, username, password. If you only need to use the basic functions such as search and browse, you do not need to register or log in and provide the above information.

Please note that not all registrations and logins of Agilebot services are subject to this policy, and some services are equipped with specific terms through which we will collect and use your personal information.

2. Place an order service

When you place an order on our website, you need to fill in your name, email address, phone number, industry and other information. This information is only used to complete the transaction      and to help us provide you with better service and support.

3. Recruitment Services

We may collect and use your basic data, contact information, information about the position you are applying for, and other information collected or generated during the recruitment process in order to fulfill the company's statutory financial obligations, comply with internal and external audit requirements, and carry out cost/budget analysis and control.

In order to provide you with a convenient job application experience and to comply with statutory obligations relating to fair employment and protection of persons with disabilities, we may, with your consent, collect and use medical and health information relating to your physical or mental health and medical conditions to provide you with additional support. 4. Survey or return visit service

In order to improve our services, we may conduct research or return visits to you. We will send you a survey by email, telephone, online questionnaire, etc., to ask for your comments or suggestions. 5. Inquire about services

In some query services, we may collect your mobile phone number, verification code matching results, and then provide you with the corresponding query results, the query results will be displayed in the relevant function page for you.

6. Customer service or other user response functions

We provide you with product and service consultation, use support, pre-sales and after-sales service and other customer services through telephone, email, online system and other ways. In order to better meet your needs, we may require you to provide your name, telephone number, address, project name, company/organization name, verification code matching results, project amount. 8. Security and operation and maintenance services

In order to ensure your normal use of Agilebot services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your account, we will collect the relevant information generated during your use of Agilebot services, including:

(1) When you use Agilebot Services, we will receive and record the equipment information you use Agilebot services, such as your computer hardware model and operating system version number , according to the specific permission granted by you during the use of Agilebot services. Please understand that this information is the basic information we must collect in order to provide services and ensure the normal operation of products.

(2) In order to help us better understand the operation of Agilebot services, so as to ensure the safety of operation and provision of services, we will record network log information, as well as the frequency of using related services, crash data, error or abnormal service data, and system operation status information of abnormal equipment.  

 9. Provide you with information display and push of services or activities

Based on the information you provide to us, the information we may collect and the information we collect from you indirectly (such as your browsing and search history, device information, location information), we may, based on one or more of the above information, conduct recommendation algorithm modeling, programmatic advertising recommendation algorithm modeling, user behavior analysis and user profiling, To extract your browsing, search preferences, behavioral habits, location information related characteristics, in order to provide you with a more suitable page display and recommend personalized content. Sensitive personal information refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to cause the personal dignity of natural persons to be infringed or the personal and property safety to be jeopardized. The above information provided by you or collected by us may contain your sensitive personal information, such as your ID card number, bank account number, correspondence records and contents, property information, and transaction information. Please be careful and pay attention to sensitive personal information. You agree that we may process your sensitive personal information according to the purposes and methods described in this policy.

2. How do we use your Personal Information

(a) We will use your personal information in accordance with the following rules

(b) Please note that all personal information you provide or authorize us to collect when using Agilebot Services will continue to authorize us to use during your use of our products and/or services unless you delete it or refuse to collect it through your A ccount settings or system Settings. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

(c) When we display you and the personal information you provide, we will use methods including content replacement and anonymous processing to desensitize your information to protect your information security.

(d) Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If we need to collect and use your personal information due to new functions or services, we will separately inform you of the type, scope, purpose and rules of use of the information collection through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements and other means and obtain your express consent.

3. How do we use cookies and similar technologies

We will not use cookies for any purpose other than the purpose described in this policy. You may manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. You can clear all cookies saved on your computer. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can usually modify your browser's Settings to reject cookies as you see fit; Alternatively, you can clear all cookies saved in the software. 4. How do we protect and store your personal information

2. During your use of Agilebot services, we will continue to store your personal information for you. If you cancel your account or delete your personal information on your own initiative, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

3. In order to prevent accidental and unauthorized access, copying, modification, transmission, loss, destruction, processing or use of your Personal information, we have and will continue to take the following measures to protect your Personal information including but not limited to:

(1)  Use encryption technology to encrypt user information when we think it is necessary, and isolate it through isolation technology.

(2)  Establish a strict data use and access system, adopt strict data access permission control and multiple identity authentication technology to protect user information and avoid illegal use of data. We only allow authorized personnel to access user information, and require them to fulfill the corresponding confidentiality obligations.

 4. Please be sure to take good care of your account and password. When you use our services, we will identify you by your account number, password and other elements. Once you disclose the above information, you may suffer losses and may be used against you. If you find that your account number, password and/or other identity elements may or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures in a timely manner to avoid or reduce relevant losses.

   (b)  Risks you face

 1. Although we have taken the above reasonable and effective measures and complied with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, we still cannot guarantee the security of your personal information when it is communicated through insecure channels. Therefore, you should also actively take measures to ensure the security of your personal information, such as: set a complex password, regularly change the account password, do not disclose your account password and other personal information to others.

 2. There is always a variety of information leakage risk in the network environment, when accidents, force majeure and other circumstances lead to the leakage of your information, we will do our best to control the situation, timely inform you of the cause of the incident, we take security measures, you can take the initiative to take security measures and other relevant circumstances. However, you understand and agree that we cannot take responsibility for the loss caused to you by accidents, force majeure and other circumstances.

In the event of an information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can independently prevent and reduce risks, the remedial measures for you, etc. We will also promptly inform you of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification and other means. When it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take a reasonable and effective way to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will report to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.

5. How do we entrust, share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information

   (a)  Entrustment and sharing

1. In order to improve the efficiency of information processing, reduce the cost of information processing, or improve the accuracy of information processing, we may entrust our affiliated companies or other professional organizations with the ability to process information on our behalf. We will require the entrusted company to abide by the strict confidentiality obligations and take effective confidentiality measures through written agreements, on-site audits and other means, and prohibit it from using the information for purposes not authorized by you. When the entrustment relationship is terminated, it will be required to delete your personal information immediately.

3. We will not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

(1) We have obtained your express authorization or consent to share your personal information with third parties in accordance with your authorization scope;

(2) We may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative and judicial authorities in accordance with law;

(3) Infringement complaint handling: When you are complained of infringement of intellectual property rights or other legal rights by others, you need to disclose your necessary information to the complainant in order to handle the complaint;

(4) Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf, including providing infrastructure technical services, SMS services, and data processing services for our services.     (d) The sharing, transfer, public disclosure of personal information in advance of the authorization of the exception

According to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, we may share, transfer and publicly disclose personal information without prior authorization and consent of the personal information subject under the following circumstances:

6.Personal information disclosed by the personal data subject to the public;  

7.Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.  

In addition, in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, providing personal information that has been de-identified and ensuring that the data recipient cannot recover and re-identify the personal information subject, it will not need to notify you or obtain your consent.

6. How do you access and manage your Personal Information

In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and standards of China, as well as the common practices of other countries and regions, we guarantee that you will exercise the following rights with respect to the personal information you provide:

(a) Access to or correct the personal information you provide

1. You have the right to access and update some of your personal information. Generally, you can view or update your registration information on the "Personal Center" or similar page, and view or update your device information on the Resource Center page. You agree that before you do so, we may ask you to verify your identity to confirm your visitor identity and protect the security of your information.

2. In addition to the personal information listed above, we are unable to provide you with access to and correction of some of your personal information, which is mainly your device information collected to improve your user experience and ensure the security of transactions, and personal information necessary to ensure the normal operation of the business functions you have chosen. We will use the above information within the scope of your authorization, and you cannot access and correct it, but you can contact us to delete or anonymize.

(b) Deleting your personal information

 1. Some of your personal information can be directly deleted by you, depending on the actual display of the service page.

 2. Under the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your personal information:

(1) If we process personal information in violation of laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

(3) If we process personal information in violation of our agreement with you;

(4) If your account is cancelled or withdrawn;

And (5) if we terminate our services and operations.

3. If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us and ask them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.

4. When you or we assist you to delete the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding personal information from the backup system, but we will delete the information wh en the backup is updated or at a reasonable time.

(c) Change the scope of your authorization or withdraw your authorization

1. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue to collect personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting personal information, turning off device or service functions, setting privacy Settings in the Agilebot service website, etc. You can also withdraw all your authorization for us to continue to collect your personal information by cancelling your account.

2. Please understand that each business function requires some of your personal information in order to achieve it. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the corresponding services for withdrawing your consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.  

3. When using Agilebot services, you may receive system message push, etc. You can turn on or off the right to push information to users at any time.

(d) Cancel the account

Agilebot will provide you with the channel for account cancellation. The specific path and process of account cancellation are subject to the announcement on the relevant page of the individual service or Agilebot other requirements. Once your account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please exercise caution. After you actively cancel the relevant account, we will stop providing you with the product or service, and delete or anonymize the personal information you provided according to the requirements of applicable laws, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

(e) Obtaining copies of Personal Information

If you need a copy of your personal information, you can contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this policy, after verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in our services (including basic information, identity information), except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this policy.

(f) Responding to your above requests

1. If you are unable to access, correct or delete your personal information through the above means, or you need to access, correct or delete other information generated by your use of our products and/or services, or you believe that we have violated any laws and regulations or agreements with you regarding the collection or use of information, You may contact us through the feedback channels listed in the "How to Contact Us" section of this Policy. 2. For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee according to the situation. We may refuse requests that are unnecessarily repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, the development of new systems or fundamental changes to existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).

3.In the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:  

(1) Related to national security and national defense security;  

(2) Those relating to public security, public health or major public interests;  

(3) Those relating to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of judgments;

(4) Where there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

(5)  Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

(6) Those involving trade secrets. 

7. How do we handle minors' personal information

1. Our services are mainly aimed at adults. Minors should not create their own personal information subject accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you are a minor, we ask that you ask your parent or guardian to read this policy and use our services or provide information to us with your parent or guardian's consent.

2. In the case of collecting personal information of minors with the consent of parents or guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.

3. If we find that we have collected personal information from minors without prior consent of a formal parent or guardian, we will try to delete the information as soon as possible.
